Nadia is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience across primary healthcare, chronic disease management, community health, Indigenous health, mental health, emergency care, and patient coordination. She brings a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families to navigate often complex healthcare systems with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
As Nurse Navigator at Inner You Development, Nadia acts as a central point of contact for clients, carers, medical professionals, hospitals, schools, allied health providers, and community services. She assists clients to access the right supports, coordinate care, understand treatment pathways, and reduce barriers to achieving their health and wellbeing goals.
Prior to joining Inner You Development, Nadia worked as a Care Coordinator with the Institute of Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH), supporting vulnerable and diverse communities across Queensland. She has also held nursing roles in general practice, chronic disease management, bowel health services, emergency departments, respiratory clinics, and child and youth mental health settings. Her broad clinical background allows her to understand the challenges faced by individuals living with complex physical, psychological, and social health needs.
Nadia has a particular interest in mental health, Indigenous health, community wellbeing, preventative healthcare, and helping people access coordinated, person-centred support. Her warm and approachable nature, combined with strong clinical knowledge and advocacy skills, enables her to build meaningful relationships with clients and service providers alike.
Nadia holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has completed additional training in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), de-escalation, sexual health, wound management, and chronic disease care.
