Stephanie Taylor,

Stephanie is an accomplished counsellor and clinical supervisor with extensive experience across the community, government, and non-government sectors. Her work spans a diverse range of presentations, including complex trauma, mental health challenges, alcohol and other drug use, relationship and family conflict, and experiences of grief and loss. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, victims of war, and individuals impacted by foster and kinship care. Stephanie also provides supervision to multidisciplinary teams and supports organisations in cultivating trauma-informed, reflective, and compassionate workplace practices.

Adapting her therapeutic approach to each client, Stephanie draws upon evidence-based frameworks alongside creative modalities to nurture self-expression, empowerment, and recovery. Her recent focus and passion lie in supporting women through life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and experiences of loss.

Guided by warmth, authenticity, and curiosity, Stephanie is deeply committed to helping individuals and families restore balance, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful, sustainable wellbeing.
